Green is back in business - For sustainability to work, everyone – from hourly employees and white collar professionals to school teachers and CEOs – must buy into the concept, according to Jeana Wirtenberg, co-founder and senior advisor, external relations, at the Fairleigh Dickinson University Institute for Sustainable Enterprise and president of Transitioning to Green.
Sustainability goes beyond altruistic motives. “We’re at the earliest stages, we’re in transition,” Wirtenberg said. “This is tantamount to the Industrial Revolution. Paths are being laid out in terms of direction. It’s a new era.” Learn more
