
Jeana Wirtenberg, Ph.D.

Jeana Wirtenberg, Ph.D. is co-founder and Senior Advisor, Institute for Sustainable Enterprise (ISE) in the Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University, and president of Jeana Wirtenberg & Associates, LLC. Her work at the Institute focuses on bringing people together to learn how to develop and lead thriving, sustainable enterprises that are "in and for the world." Jeana is the President of Transitioning to Green.
Jeana is lead editor of The Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook, When It All Comes Together, published in summer 2008 by Greenleaf Publishing and AMACOM. She is a designer and lead author on the worldwide study Creating a Sustainable Future: A Global Study of Current Trends and Possibilities 2007–2017 sponsored by the American Management Association (AMA, 2007). She is currently editor of "Transitioning to the Green Economy" an upcoming Special Issue of People & Strategy Journal to be published by the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS) 1Q 2010.
Jeana’s consulting firm focuses on building sustainable enterprises through leadership, culture change, collaboration, and learning. Formerly, she was HR director at Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG), where she headed Leadership and Management Development, Quality and Organization Effectiveness for nine years. While at PSEG, she was responsible for a variety of functions to transform the firm and build organizational capacity.
Previously Jeana held positions in marketing and human resources at AT&T for 13 years, including leading the HR Professional Development function, as well as leading Management Recruiting and College Relations. While at AT&T, she was responsible for hiring 4000 management people per year. Prior to that, Jeana led programs for the U.S. federal government at the National Institute of Education and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights where she focused on fostering greater equity in education for women and minorities.
Jeana serves as articles editor for the organization effectiveness knowledge area for People and Strategy (HR Planning Society’s Journal). Jeana received her Masters and Ph.D. with honors in Psychology at The University of California at Los Angeles. Her dissertation "Expanding Girl’s Occupational Potential" won the Social Issues Dissertation Award from the American Psychological Association.

Linda Morris Kelley

Linda Morris Kelley is a principal of TRANS-FORM, a Certified Practitioner of Applied Human Systems with Walking Your Talk, and a Principal in Transitioning to Green. She lives in Boston, MA, USA.
Linda works with individuals and teams to develop the culture of leadership and effective collaboration that are essential to make sustainability real and enterprise prosperous.
Her focus is on cultivating professional and personal excellence, revealing patterns of interrelationships, and bridging the gap between knowing what to do and actually being able to do it. She uses a systems approach to learning, mindset and action that produces rapid, lasting, genuine results.
She is a leader in forging new ground using virtual technologies for active collaborative learning and advancing collective intelligence to support sustainability.
Linda brings to her consulting, training and coaching a practical, hands-on perspective from her thirty years of business experience coupled with an artist’s sense of invention, play and design, as well as an amateur naturalist’s powers of observation. She has worked for and consulted to both businesses and government---from multi-national corporations to small closely held companies, civilian agencies and the military. Recently, she led a successful turnaround, then negotiated the sale of a century old, family-owned publishing company.

She serves on the board of the Sustainable Business Network/Boston. She is also on the coordinating committee of the Mass Bay OD Learning Group, and is a board member and former chair of Extras for Creative Learning.

Sarita’s background comprises successful corporate executive leadership and entrepreneurship, coaching, inspirational speaking, personal and organizational branding, marketing and change management. Sarita has led corporate departments of up to 75 members. Her corporate experience includes leadership roles at Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Knoll Pharmaceuticals (now Abbott) and others. Her experience also comprises leadership roles in marketing communications and branding agencies, e.g., Catalyst Communications, Torre Renta Lazur, Integrated Communications.
Sarita has boundless energy, spirit and creativity. She also has a tenaciously persistent drive to partner with clients to deliver their desired outcomes, characterized both by exceptional bottom-line results and deep personal satisfaction.
Sarita received her MBA in International Marketing from Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College. She graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with a BA in French and Spanish, a minor in education, and a certification to teach languages in secondary school. Sarita’s coaching certification was gained at iPEC (Institute for Professional Empowerment), a school accredited by the International Coach Federation. As well, Sarita is a member in good standing of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association.

William G Russell Bill Russell is President of SKN Worldwide-USA, Inc, a management consulting and technology services company and a principal in Transitiioning to Green. He is a global leader in advancing sustainability aligned strategies and management systems. He works with a variety of clients to assess and financially quantify opportunities and risks posed by current environmental, social, economic and sector specific trends. He is advancing more collaborative business models that change how companies engage with external experts, their employees, customers, and other stakeholders. He also saw the potential of people, technology, and the internet to dramatically improve our ability to innovate, implement self-organized actions, and collectively learn and founded the Sustainability Knowledge Network (SKN). He administers the Transitioning to Green Knowledge Exchange and Community Network, leads its Business Assessment service and facilitates its network of affiliated sector and role specific Green Business practitioner leaders. He is the former US environmental practice leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers and currently serves as an advisory board member and research fellow of Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Institute for Sustainable Enterprise (ISE) and its Sustainable Business Incubator. Bill Scalzitti is a marketing and sales professional with more than 30 years of experience in Advertising, Business Development, Motivation, and Entrepreneurial Ventures. Bill started his career in information technology, working in the life insurance industry. His entrepreneurial experience spans five different industries, including retail, healthcare, finance, entertainment and media, and HR. Bill’s passion is inspiring people to create new possibilities for their lives and motivating them to achieve their dreams and aspirations.
In addition to his entrepreneurial experience, Bill has authored two books and created a CD musical collection of romantic music (www.romancebychoice.com). Prior to joining Transitioning to Green, Kerry was General Manager, Academic Programs at GE Healthcare. Over the course of her 5-year career at GE, she was also Region Vice President of Sales in Manhattan. She is a member of GE’s prestigious Sigma Society.
Prior to joining GE, Kerry was with Siemens Medical Solutions where she was Region Vice President and Division Manager, leading US PET and Nuclear Medicine Business.
Kerry also led several businesses and regions for Covidien Healthcare (previously known as Mallinckrodt Medical). She started her career as a sales representative for Allegiance, Cardinal Healthcare (previously known as American Hospital Supply Corporation).
Kerry is an innovative, sales and marketing executive recognized for tackling tough challenges and performing in diverse environments. As a growth leader, she excels at bringing people together to assess needs and trends; building business, market, and product plans; leveraging all possible solutions; building strategic relationships; and driving sustainable growth.
Kerry holds a bachelors degree from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. She is currently enrolled in the graduate program, Managing for Sustainability at Institute for Sustainable Enterprise in the Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
