- An online Transitioning to Green Career Self Assessment to be completed prior to the one-day program, tapping into aspirations, interests, skills and capabilities.

- A customized Transitioning to Green package of potential career paths and options linked to the individual's specific profile which will be provided at the beginning of the one-day program.

- An exciting Transitioning to Green interactive program that offers attendees the opportunity to participate in creative, dynamic group exercises guided by certified Transitioning to Green facilitators. This program will help participants gain an understanding of the global transformation from the gray economy to a green economy and how they can begin the process of identifying their place in the larger context of this transformation.
